Once we’ve decided to go ahead what happens next?
Simply let us know that you’d like to proceed and we will instruct our designer to draft a set of drawings for your approval.
How long will the Garden Room take to build
Depending on the size of the room approximately 8-10 weeks.
Do we need to notify anyone about our build?
We will on your behalf notify anyone who needs to know including your immediate neighbours.
Will we have a dedicated project manager?
Yes, and he will be in touch with you on daily basis (or as you require) to ensure you are kept fully abreast of your project’s progress.
Will you be working at weekends?
We do not normally work at weekends although there may be rare occasions when it is unavoidable.
When can we expect someone to be onsite?
Our hours are 8am – 4.30pm. If for any reason this isn’t going to be possible we will do our best to notify you in advance.
What happens to all the waste materials onsite?
All waste is removed and recycled by a professional waste management company.
What happens if we want to change to the design or specification?
We will do our very best to accommodate any changes, depending on the stage of the build of course. We will always advise you in advance if there is likely be an additional cost incurred.
What guarantees/paperwork do we receive?
We pass on all product guarantees for key items such as heating, doors and windows, along with a Final Certificate from Building Control.
How long do you cover the Garden Room for build defects?
In additional to a scheduled follow up visit approximately 6 months after completion, we are happy to work with you to resolve any build issues that, although unlikely, may occur for a full 3 years from completion.
